GHQ AMX-30 MBT This shading on this set of vehicles is what I am shooting for on every one I paint. This model actually represents the later AMX-30B2. Here's a version of the same tank with a browner paint scheme CinC AMX30 A good model of the original AMX-30, armed with the coaxial 20mm gun and without the turret stowage racks. Another version of the CinC model, didn't use much earth or rust on the tracks, and it shows. It prefer the above paint scheme. GHQ AMX-13 Light Tank Another paint scheme, this one with a heavier brown wash and less highlighting |
| APCs & IFVs |
GHQ AMX-10P APC CinC AMX-10PC APC Command version of the AMX-10P H&R AMX-10P CinC VAB 4X4 and 6X6 |
| Reconnaissance
Vehicles |
CinC AMX-10RC 105mm armed recon vehicle Another example with a browner paint scheme CinC ERC-90 Sagaie 90mm-armed recon vehicle CinC VBC-90 90mm armored car used by Gendarmerie GHQ AML-60 Light armored car armed with 60mm breach-loading mortar, used world wide GHQ AML-90 Light armored car with low-pressure 90mm gun, also used world wide |

AMX-30 EBG An interesting model from Scotia that would be much better with more detailed running gear. AMX-30 ARV Another unique model from Scotia, this one with better detail on the running gear. VAB du Genie Scotia VAB engineering vehicle. This guy required a great deal of trimming to make presentable, but is overall a decent model. |

CinC AMX30 GCT 155mm Self-Propelled Howitzer H&R Version of the GCT A far less impressive model Scotia FH-70 This is a far better model than the skytrex version. As it turns out, this gun was not actually used by France, who used a very similar piece called the TR-155 (IIRC). CinC AMX30 DCA twin 30mm AA vehicle. Not ultimately adopted by the French Army, it became an export item. Crotale Radar Vehicle At least, I think so... from Scotia. Crotale Missile Vehicle This is an actual French camo patter. AMX-30 Roland The SP version of the Roland SAM mounted on the AMX-30 chassis. This model is by Scotia, and was cast by New England Hobby Supply in Manchester, Connecticut, USA. |

VBL HOT and VBL MG Two versions of the VBL from Scotia. I painted the windows black on these models, but I'm not sure I like it as much as I like them a dull shiny grey. Despite the dullcoat, the windows are still rather shiny. VAB HOT I believe this to be an H&R model. The casting quality is poor and the HOT launcher screams out for a custom built replacement. AMX-10P HOT This is the Scotia casting of the speculative vehicle. This actual model was cast by New England Hobby Supply in Manchester, Connecticut, USA, who I believe got the molds from SimTac when they went under. GBU-15 Heavy Trucks From Scotia in both open and closed top versions. Scotia has an extensive line of French vehicles, and many are of decent quality. VLR Light Trucks From Scotia -- a fine little model. |
| Aircraft and Helicopters |
SA330 Puma
Model is from Heroics & Ros, and is superior to Skytrex version (see UK listing for example). Includes rotors rather than disks, which is much appreciated. SA341 Gazelle H&R Model with rotors from a 1/350th naval kit and custom-built HOT launchers |

Working On It... I have a number of H&R troops painted up as legionnaires (although not very convincingly) |
